A Monthly Fee Pays for The Project
Awaken’s EiaaS provides “Green Energy” projects without any debt, capital expenditure or loan on the books for any product, from any company you wish. A single monthly payment covers the entire project – always set below the projected savings, so you are cash flow positive from day one.
Your payments start upon installation, and no deposit is required. After the term of five or ten years, buy out the project for $1, and retain all of the savings, since no further monthly payment is due.

Parts, Labor and Rentals (if any) Are Included
All repairs and factory mandated maintenance are included during the term, including parts, labor and rentals (if any). The EiaaS Agreement ensures the complete installation and satisfactory commissioning of the entire ‘Green’ Energy project, such as LED lighting, HVAC, Building Automation, etc.
For additional protection, all LED lighting and HVAC are covered by an insurance backed product and labor warranty, from a global underwriter, to eliminate reliance on any factory for warranty replacement of product.
24/7 Concierge Service
Trouble-Free, Maintenance-Free
During the EiaaS term, all repairs and maintenance will be provided within the time period set in the EiaaS Agreement. This ensures immediate resolution of any issue without any lost time or inconvenience to your organization. This concierge service is always a phone call away, 24/7.
Service for other than eligible repairs and mandated maintenance will also be available, at preset labor and equipment rental (if any) rates, eliminating the risk of extra high costs typical with emergency repairs.
